I love teaching at this fabulous store. Free class starts at 9:30 am. Come a bit early to get a space. Later that day I will be at Yogaco for my regular 1:00 pm donation-based class along with Noah Rothschild, who will be leading us in a 20 minute breathwork meditation again. For those of you that were there the last time he came, it was magical! I will be at Yogaco regularly Tues/Thurs 9 am and Sunday 1 pm weekly. I have 1 spot left for my retreat to Mexico Oct 31-Nov 7th. Email asap if you would like to sign up. Lastly, YOGABEAR! This is so near and dear to my heart! We provide free yoga to cancer survivors. I am hosting an event at Yogaco ( co -hosted by Lululemon) Sat Nov 14th, 7:00 pm. There will be a gentle class and then a party . This will be to raise money and awareness about www.yogabear.org. I have some great prizes for our raffle but am looking for more. It makes you feel good to donate and it is a tax write off! Do you have any services or products you would like to donate for raffle? I have massages, jewelry, facials. restaurant gift certificates, art, salon services, movies, etc. I am open to any ideas! If you are receiving this email it is b/c I want you at this special event. Yogaco is on the 3rd st Promenade in Santa Monica.There will be many cancer fighters there such as yoga, music, laughter, anti-oxidants ( red wine, dark chocolate, green tea) hee hee. It is going to be a great love filled evening ! I cannot wait! There will also be chair massage by donation and art work where the proceeds will go to Yogabear. I am so blessed to be the director of yoga teachers for this wonderful non-profit organization. You can donate and buy raffle tickets even if you cannot make it. Email me for info.
